objectives
Academic training in the field of organic agriculture, and the processing and marketing of organic products with a focus on sustainable organic farming, food quality, and consumer-oriented food chains. The programme is unique in that it combines detailed consideration of the underlying principles and processes from a natural sciences perspective with social and economic studies.
