						Der vielseitige, zweisprachige Studiengang Internationale Betriebswirtschaft ist ein 4jähriges Vollzeitstudium. Während des Programms, Internationale Betriebswirtschaft, werden sich Studierende auf Deutsch und auf Englisch mit komplexen Wirtschaftsthemen auseinandersetzen während sie ein interkulturelles Bewusstsein entwickeln. Um deinen Horizont zu erweitern, erlernst du eine weitere Fremdsprache (Spanisch, Französisch, Deutsch (nur für Nicht-Deutsche), Niederländisch (nur für Nicht-Niederländer), oder Chinesisch). Das zusätzliche Auslandsjahr, welches aus einem Praktikum und einem Semester an einer der zahlreichen Partneruniversitäten besteht, zeichnet diesen Studiengang aus. Diese Kombination sichert den Studierenden eine optimale Vorbereitung für das internationale Berufsleben. Internationale Betriebswirtschaft ist eine Ausbilung die dich in jeder Hinsicht gut auf eine internationale Karriere im Finanz-, Marketing- oder Managementbereich vorbereitet, die dir eine fundierte theoretische Basis bietet, und in der du auch hinreichend praktische Erfahrungen sammeln kannst.

Waarom aan de Hanze University of Applied Sciences, Groningen?

Gegründet in 1988, war die International Business School (IBS) in den Niederlanden die erste Fakultät ihrer Art an einer University of Applied Sciences. Der IBS garantiert, dass du von einer internationalen Atmosphäre umgeben sein wirst. Um deinen Horizont zu erweitern, erlernst du eine weitere Fremdsprache (Spanisch, Französisch, Deutsch (nur für Nicht-Deutsche), Niederländisch (nur für Nicht-Niederländer), oder Chinesisch).

Dank hoher fachlicher Expertise bereitet die IBS ihre Studierenden praxisnah auf das Arbeitsleben nach dem Studium vor. Das Besondere ist, dass es für den Studiengang Internationale Betriebswirtschaft keinen Numerus Clausus gibt.

opbouwDas erste Jahr wird gezielt genutzt, um Studenten mit ähnlichem Bildungsstand und gleichen Fähigkeiten zusammenzubringen. Das zweite Jahr baut auf das Wissen, das im ersten Jahr erlernt wurde, auf und bereitet die Studierenden für das Auslandsjahr, welches im dritten Jahr des Programmes stattfindet, vor: Ein Semester an einer der Partneruniversitäten und ein Auslandspraktikum. Im vierten Studienjahr wählen Studierende einen graduation minor und schreiben sie die Bachelorarbeit.

1e jaar Im ersten Studienjahr belegen Studenten Fächer in einer Kombination aus deutscher und englischer Unterrichtssprache, wie beispielsweise, Marketing, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Organisational Behaviour & Change Management, Prozessmanagement, Wirtschaftliche Forschungsmethoden und finanzielle Fächer, die sich aus Komponenten der Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung und Buchführung zusammensetzen.

2e jaar Um den internationalen Charakter des Studiengangs Internationale Betriebswirtschaft zu vergrößern, werden die Fächer im zweiten Jahr zusammen mit den Studierenden des englischsprachigen Studiengangs der IBS auf Englisch angeboten. Das Wissen wird in Vorlesungen, Gruppenarbeiten, Recherchen und Hausarbeiten erarbeitet. Ein hohes Engagement zum Eigenstudium ist daher notwendig, um die Prüfungen erfolgreich abzuschließen.

3e jaar Im dritten Jahr bekommen die Studierenden der IBS die Möglichkeit, ein Auslandsstudium und ein Praktikum in einem internationalen Unternehmen zu absolvieren. Nicht-Niederländische Studierende haben auch die Möglichkeit, den Minor in European Business oder Sustainable Energy Professional bei der IBS oder einen Minor an einer anderen Hanze UAS Fakultät zu machen.

The International Finance and Accounting minor focuses on the function of the controller and/or the treasurer within an international organisation.

You may take on the role of the key information provider, such as an advisor in a staff function. Alternatively, you may be the main information user, such as a Chief Financial Officer in a truly multicultural work situation. And crucially, being correct, as far as the numbers are concerned, is not the same as being correct in an environment with multiple cultural perceptions.

The International Strategy and Business Development graduation minor sets students on the path to become successful young professionals, within an international environment.

The experience gained can be applied in SMEs and large multinational organisations or by self-employed entrepreneurs. The graduation minor utilises important practical case studies, looking at business activities and developments within the EU economy and its interaction in the global economic arena.

The aim of this minor is for students to develop an understanding of the different business-situations (legal, finance, logistics, human resource management etc.) in various countries in the European Union. We explore the role of the EU in business-life; in other words, we try to find out how organisations are hindered by the rules and regulations of the EU and how organisations can benefit from the EU.

honours-/excellence program IBS Honours Talent Programme

The honours programme identifies talented and highly motivated students within the IB programmes and assists them in accelerating their professional development.

Students in this programme will enjoy the advantage of innovative learning experiences that are designed to engage their participation, broaden their intellectual horizons, develop and sharpen their academic skills, and to explore personal development in depth. IB students who wish to join the Honours Talent Programme should apply at the end of the first year. Those who are selected will begin the programme in the second year and will follow it alongside the regular IB study periods. This 30 European Credit (ECTS) programme offers students with superior professional potential special opportunities and resources, including the opportunity to participate in cutting-edge research on business issues. This will enhance a student's increasing knowledge, skills, and business acumen.

IBS-U

The IBS-U is a non-profit student organisation, which was founded in 2007. The organisation provides recreation and entertainment opportunities for IBS students.
IBS-U has grown at a rapid pace and in 2009 was recognised as an official part of the university. With an annual membership of over 400 students, IBS-U is able to arrange a variety of social events that take place from September to June. Moreover, the IBS-U is responsible for the afternoon and evening programme during the Introduction Week for new students. This brings people together and helps new students settle in quickly.
