Effective and efficient business processes are essential for the success of an organisation. In this Bachelor's, you will be involved in designing, managing and improving these business processes. Using mathematical models and optimisation techniques, you will analyse the strengths and weaknesses of an organisation and learn how to efficiently implement the necessary changes and estimate their consequences. During projects, you will work in multidisciplinary teams on challenges in industry, transport, healthcare and finance.
After completing this Bachelor's, you will have the knowledge to understand business processes, and you will have the professional, social and entrepreneurial skills to successfully implement solutions in organisations.
