Utrecht University School of Law plays an active role in innovative, multi-dimensional legal research that contributes to ongoing solutions for important societal issues. This LLM is based upon two pillars; the institutional and substantive law of the EU and its relationship with national law. Learning by doing is key to this programme and as such knowledge and understanding gained through theoretical modules is complemented by training in legal analysis, argumentation and research.
