During the Finance & Control programme, you are introduced to the life of the financial business professional by completing real life projects for companies. You also gain professional knowledge and skills and apply the theory that you learnt during training sessions and workshops. In year 2 you work at an international company and in year 2 and 3 you choose elective modules to tailor-make your future. The Avans School of International Studies' Student Union Linked is run by and for all IB and FCI students.The mission of S.U. Linked is to improve the Avans School of International Studies community, in which everyone feels included. Linked aims to bring students together from various cultures and share educational, cross-cultural and above all unforgettable experiences. They do this, for example, by organising educational and social activities with an international orientation. These activities include: an annual introduction day for new students, sporting events, different kinds of parties such as the Christmas Gala and themed parties. Furthermore, study trips to various exciting destinations are organised yearly. Previous destination include Krakow, Zagreb, Berlin and Prague.
